First, will be described by the decision maker is explicitly assumed to have misperceptions about the nature\'s set of strategy & preferences. Then, proposes learning procedure to help a group to make a decision about the nature, each of which consists of several activities.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> One of activity is to choose \"rational\" action based on current perception and rationality adopted by the decision makers. While the other activities are represented by the element of genetic algorithm to improve the current perceptions. Learning procedures which consists of activities using genetic algorithm as initial population, action choice of group, fitness evaluation and a modified crossover. This procedure was adopted by each level of decision making which consists of lower, middle and top decision maker.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Finally, this paper find out that examining the simulation results how to employ preference and strategy oriented information is critical to obtain good performance in clarifying the nature\'s set of strategies and the outcome most preferred by the nature. The result is Adaptation Process of Hypergame with hierarchy of decision making have more a success performance than no hierarchy, because there are a centralization in decision making and coordination process between lower , middle, and top decision makers. Lower level of decision makers give a coordinated action from his/her subgroup, then middle level of decision makers will be received it to make a coordinated action from his/her subgroup. Only a good perception will be accept by group, and this action will be accept by top decision maker to make it to be an action group. Coordination process in each level is important to take a good decision in hierarchy of organization, because there was a coordinated action from group. <br /> text |
