<p>Abstract:<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> <br /> The North territory of Bandung, geographically has the hilly area with the beautiful panorama, and in fact has a settelment area. The needs of land residential will increase progressively, but it is not balanced with the supply of land and as result the value of land will progressively higher. This research is carried out to know the influence of land slope to the value of land settlement in North Bandung. It uses two kind of settlement, high density and luxuriant settlement. The study use multiple regression and correlation analysis by using data sample. Models of multiple regression are lin-lin, ln-lin, lin-ln and ln-ln. The best model is chosen and performed a statistical test. The result of multiple linear regression analysis show that the best model of high density settlement is ln-ln with the influence of land slope equal to 0,1596 % and for the settlement of luxuriant best model is ln-lin with the influence of land slope equal to 0,0212 %. Statistical test to the both of models above performed that land slope significantly has an effect on land value. The result of the correlation analysis performed that land slope and land value have a weak relationship for the high density settlement which have a coefficient correlation equal to - 0,306. But for the luxuriant settlement have a strong relationship which have a coefficient correlation equal to + 0,433.<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
