Summary:Car parking space is a need for a car owner, but nowadays, a large parking area, especially an outdoor parking area, will make car owners take a lot of time to find an empty parking space, with the absence of real-time data that makes management parking unable to direct to the empty space. Based on these problems, the outdoor parking detection system is designed to help guests find available parking spaces more easily and the management to improve its services. In this report will focuses on the power supply and user interfaces of a smart outdoor parking system. The system user interface uses ReactJS framework will update data regularly so that it can always be up to date with real time condition, user can access directly via smartphone. The power supply used in this system is a solar panel, which can produce a voltage of 13.1V with a current of 112.46mA. The solar panels used can generate energy of 46,478mWh in sunny conditions and 32,213mWh in cloudy conditions.
