<b>Abstract</b><p align="justify"> <br /> Financing problem is the most important issue in toll road development project, specially in Indonesia as a growth country. The toll road development investment worked by PT Jasa Marga (Persero) at this time using the fund from Bank Loan and by issuing Bonds as main sources between the other sources. By the need for many toll road development projects, it seems like the financing system from these sources now is not enough and makes the development into slow. For that matter of basic need to increase the growth of toll road systems, its need the other economic funding sources for the developer and which is can gaining investment from private sector. Funding from Banks, issuing the Bonds, and issuing new Capital Stocks are several alternatives from private financing that can implemented in toll road projects. For the Cikampek - Padalarang toll road section, funding from private financing which more economic for PT Jasa Marga (Persero), high level profit taking, and funding process not so difficult is coming from Bank Loan.
