Summary: | PT Nodeflux Teknologi Indonesia is a startup company that focus on vision artificial intelligence technology. As the company grows rapidly, Nodeflux has to face several problems. In 2019, Nodeflux failed to achieve its revenue target because of Indonesia’s political situation (general election) and product unreadiness. This problem occur again in 2020 with the company facing COVID-19 pandemic that affect its sales. Using 5 whys metodology to find the root cause of the problem, it is identified that the company doesn’t have stakeholder management strategy. Based on that root cause, this research is designed to answer the formulation of the problem as “What is the strategy needed for the company to manage its stakeholder and their risks?”.
This research is designed using the risk-based stakeholder management that consist of strategic objective identification, business process identification, stakeholder and risk identification in business process, stakeholder, risk, and risk manageability attribute scoring, risk significance calculation, and stakeholder and risk prioritization. Results showed that employee, owners, competitor, and partner are the main stakeholders that is needed to be managed by the company. Stakeholder management strategy is designed according to the stakeholders and risks chosen. Strategies proposed to manage employee are project data documentation, reporting mechanism initiation, and market research focused in the early stage of product development. Strategy proposed to manage owners is in increasing the intensitity of communication between owners and employee. Strategy proposed to manage competitor is benchmarking with the best practice and competitors. Strategies proposed to manage partner are developing partner selection and training system as well making collaboration event with partners.
