Summary:Cibadak where the project takes place is one of tourist attractions in Bandung. This area is occupied by residences and stores. The stores are dominated by food and beverage which open at night. Various activities in this dense complex make this area become slum. Area revitalization must be done with two main functions: residences and stores. Excavation in this final paper is 14 meters deep which surrounded by diapghram wall with prestress ground anchor as its supporting system. Analysis have been done using PLAXIS 2D with Hardening-Soil Small Strain (HS-Small) soil model. The dipghram wall has 0,8 meters thickness with 5.5 meters penetration depth. A ground anchor has been installed at -3 elevation with 8.5 meters tendon and 11 meters grout. Raft foundation which bear compressive stress was selected because the building stands on dense sand with average 50 N-SPT. This raft foundation use bore piles to bear tensile and lateral force. Capacity of single pile was calculated with LPILE software. Reinforcement of raft foundation is calculated with SAFE. Settlement analysis in this project is calculated with iteration of settlement in Settle3D and SAFE. Geotechnical design and reinforcement design both for foundation and diapghram wall were designed using Indonesian National Standards (SNI).
