Flood is a natural phenomenon that has a high damaging effect due to high rainfall intensity and insufficienty water body (river or drainage system) to drain and discharge water. River Citepus‘s water level fluctuation is caused by draught in dry season and flood in wet season. Fluctuation is worsening along with the change of land use of rice fields to settlements/residential areas. Climate change also gives a huge impact globally and causes extreme rain condition. The main reasons of flood in river citepus that results in poor effect on the environment are erosion rate, high sedimentation rate, increase of runoff and settlements in river border/bank with inadequate river capacity to hold water. The objective of this paper is to plan techinal alternatives for flood control in Citepus watershed by doing Torrent water reservoir and building levee with HEC RAS 5.0.7 software. This calculation is based on 25 years return periode flood discharge that is reduced with the planning of Sirnaraga water pond reservoir and Torrent water reservoir and then areas that have a high risk of flooding will be built levee. All of the planning above is expected to solve or reduce flood problem in accordance with the flood discharge plan.
