| Summary: | Thedevelopmentofthecreativeindustryatthistime,especiallyIndonesiaisanindustrythatisgrowingrapidly,notonlythatthecreativeindustryisalsoanoptionforyoungpeopletodevelopcareerswhilecreatingjobs.Theanimationindustryaspartofthecreativeindustrythatfocusesonempoweringthecreativityandcreationofanindividualwhoisabletocreateprosperityandemployment,isapparentlystillconstrainedbytheavailabilityofitshumanresources.Althoughitcanbesaidthatlabor-intensiveindustries,theworkforceneededmustbetrainedandeducated,becauseitisnotthelaborrequiredbutratherthespecificexpertise.Becauseofthisspecifictypeofwork,thereisnotmuchcompetencyneededtochooseaprofessioninthisindustry.VocationalHighSchoolsasoneofthesuppliersofhumanresourceswheregraduatesareexpectedtobeabletocompeteandhavethecompetenciesneededbytheindustry.However,vocationalgraduatesarethebiggestcontributortounemploymentatthecurrentlevelofeducationinIndonesia.Thisstudyaimstodesignamobileapplicationuserinterface(UI)asajobseekermedia,whichservestobridgetheanimationindustry'sneedsforhumanresourcesandcanbeaplaceforvocationalgraduatestofindjobsthatmatchtheircompetencies,usingtheUserCenteredDesignmethod.placingvocationalgraduatesinanimationandtheanimationindustryastheusercenterofthedesignofthisapplication.Inthefinalstagetheresultsofthisstudyaredesigningtheuserinterfaceinthisapplicationwhichisexpectedtoprovideinformationthatiseasilyaccessed,understood,andinaccordancewithuserneedsbasedon the results of the analysis using the principle of user centered design. |
