To ensure the safety of drinking-water, the Drinking-Water Safety Plan (RPAM) is present in the midst of the problem of gaps in the provision of drinking-water to ensure that drinking-water remains safe in quality. Refillable Drinking-Water Depot (DAMIU) as one of the drinking-water supply industries plays an active role in implementing RPAM, and is an important component that needs attention. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the physical quality of drinking-water (Total Dissolved Solid or TDS) produced by DAMIU and compare it with the perceptions and behavior of DAMIU owners as producers of refillable drinking-water. Sampling method that used in this study is Area Sampling method. From this method, a minimum of 66 samples of DAMIU were obtained that were spread across all sub-districts in Bandung City. The analytical method used is descriptive and bivariate statistical analysis using IBM SPSS 26 software. The results of the study were that 100% DAMIU has met the requirements (MS) status in terms of compliance with standards of TDS parameter in drinking-water, which is less than 500 mg/L. Furthermore, after a sanitary inspection was carried out, 100% DAMIU also had MS status based on compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards, namely getting a sanitary inspection score of at least 70 from a maximum score of 100. Other research results in this study indicate that there is a correlation that has "sufficient" strength and is opposite direction between physical quality of drinking-water with producer perception and behavior. Thus, it can be concluded that the greater the value of the perception and behavior of the producers, the smaller the value of TDS content in drinking-water. text |
