Encourage efforts to meet the need for minerals. Changes in natural resource
management patterns after the industrial revolution had an impact on the
empowerment of community mining practices and large-scale mining. So that it
raises the complexity of the problem that requires people who need a thorough
review of the variables involved.
This research will gather knowledge on community mining groups, the
relationship between rules and activities, and various interest groups. This
research uses the multilevel perspective method which will shift which is divided
into 3 levels, namely technology niche, technology regime, and socio-technical
system.
From this research it can be concluded that the strong influence of the
international organization landscape on the legal landscape, the regime's efforts to
ignore the management of community mining practices, the restructuring efforts
by actors at the niche level who experience limited support from the community
mining regime and difficult access to environmental management causes low
levels the sustainability of people's mining in the Karangpaninggal village. |
