Description
Summary:Indonesia with the 4th largest population in the world with a total of 270 million people has great potential for the advancement of world industry, but in fact the quality of education in Indonesia is ranked 64th out of 72 countries according to research conducted by PISA in 2015. Even procedural matters such as skills Algorithms, techniques, and methods are still difficult at 15 years of age. The function of art in learning activities has been stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 67 of 2013 Elementary Schools and Iftidayah Madrasah, where lessons to know and learn music are carried out from grade 1 to grade 6. However, the field data obtained finds contradicting facts. Incompetent facilities and teaching staff make the mission of cultural education neglected. Implicit procedural learning is very important for the development of motor skills and cognitive activities of children. Skills, techniques, methods and education are elements that are the focus of the development of the Nolin musical instrument.
