Community empowerment is a very important thing in the rural development process. The number of entrepreneurial phenomena that can bond people with the resources around them is one of the things that can initiate empowerment. This study use Actor-Network Theory to analyze the translation that occurs between actors, both human and non-human, and to analyze how the actions of each act affect one another, and last, how the entrepreneurial activities can triggering collective action in the empowerment process. Based on tracing the actors, the heroic rhetoric of Kiai Fuad was realized as a form of network stability that has gone through a structured translation process. The large number of translational dominations that have been carried out have made Kiai Fuad get a lot of attention, thus seeming to eliminate the presence of other actors who actually have an important role in forming the network. This case study shows that in the process of forming an entrepreneurial network in Desa Alamendah, actors delegate their actions to one another in the exchange of knowledge. This knowledge is in the form of trade, agriculture, religion, and other practical life sciences. The existence of access to knowledge strengthens the network and grouping that occurs between actants, so that the involved actors have more flexibility in their desired actions, so this is how community empowerment can be felt in Desa Alamendah .
