However, the phenomenon of Angkot passenger reduction is getting clearer. With the rapid rise of private vehicle usage, and the appearance of many online transportation service, the existence of Angkot is increasingly threatened. The decline in Angkot users has had a major and lasting impact. Increased fee and decreased number of fleets, caused the degradation of Angkot accessiblity for the people of the city of Bandung. With the road conditions that are increasingly uncontrollable, an integrated solution is needed. The use of User Experience Aproach in improving the system design and the use of a public facility has opened up the potential to increase the use of Angkot-like services in Bandung city through the application of seamless experience, which is based on the improvement of problems faced by the community in daily use and interaction with Angkot. The implementation of a digitally integrated public transport system is needed in order to increase the accessibility and practicality of using these services by distributing accurate and available information at any time. In addition, the new system also needs to be supported by a new vehicle platform and infrastructure design in order to achieve an optimal operating level. By implementing the use of small bus with new design as feeder for the public transport network in Bandung City, the government can achieve a TransitOriented Development in Bandung City. text
