Summary: | Estimates of land values can be obtained using geostatistical analysis. In conducting
of geostatistical analysis, there are several types of semivariograms used, including
Exponential, Rational Quadratic, and Hole Effect. This study aims to compare land
value estimation models using the three types of semivariograms. The data used are
NIR and Bandung City Boundary Data. The process of geostatistical analysis starts
with the interpolation process using the ordinary kriging method. And then selection
of semivariogram and lag determination. The land value estimation model formed is
evaluated by cross validation. The comparison of the resulting models is done by
comparing the prediction error of each model and comparing the theoretical
semivariogram plot diagram. The comparison shows that geostatistical analysis with
exponential semivariogram produces the best estimation model.
