CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PLANNING OF GEDEBAGE FOOTBALL STADIUM

Football stadiums are needed to increase national sport achievement, including in West Java as the province with the largest population, and especially in its capital city, Bandung. Therefore, with the selection of a suitable location, Gedebage Football Stadium is planned to be built and utilized. In this final project, construction engineering and management of Gedebage Football Stadium are designed with consideration of the project location and environment aspects, also the work capacity in the area. The design includes construction methods based on requirements, calculation of work volume, quantity take off, calculation of work duration and scheduling, also construction cost estimation. There are six derivative works designed in this final project scope: preparation, soil improvement, drainage system, pavement, lower structure, and upper structure. Each work is described until there are steps that will be executed in this project. The method used is selected based on identification of problems and challenges faced in the field, and current construction capability, including the availability of heavy equipment. The method also covers work safety and quality management aspects. Required resource calculation includes material volume, number and duration of equipment usage, also labor allocation for each work package. Work volumes are calculated by measuring in detail dimensions for each resource. From the work volume, project schedule is designed according work productivity calculated based on established standards and other references. The Gedebage Football Stadium construction project is planned to start from January 3rd, 2022 to December 27th, 2022 with total duration of 308 days. The value of this project is Rp642,129,145,014. This cost estimation is calculated using resource enumeration method based on predetermined resources.
