Summary: | Bandung is a region with an uprising amount of population; therefore, a vertical housing is needed to accommodate this. Multifunction building Guyub Teduh Residence is a building functioned for vertical housing and shopping center. In the construction of multifunction building Guyub Teduh Residence, there is a necessity for basement and foundation system to bear the upper structure. The method of construction used is bottom-up construction. The depth of the entrenchment is 10 m deep with the use of secant pile as retaining wall, with the analysis being done with PLAXIS 2D with Hardening Soil method. It results in the thickness of the secant pile is 600 mm and the space between each secondary pile is 1 meter with the depth of the wall at 20 m, while the reinforcement used for the secant pile wall is ground anchor that will be attached in -1.5 m and -6.5 m. The foundation used is raft foundation with bored piles. Axial bearing capacity for bored pile and raft foundation are both calculated manually. The settlement analysis is done with the iteration from SETTLE 3D and SAFE. Detailing design for secant pile wall and piled-raft foundation is done referring to the SNI 2847-2019 about Procedures for Planning Concrete Structures for Buildings. |
