Summary: | Micro retail and trade industry, warung for example, is one of the biggest and growing industry. PT X, as one of the industry player, needed an improvement in Knowledge Management which was caused by rapid organization growth. Knowledge Management (KM) is a concept which focused on creating value for organization by managing knowledge. In respect to PT X problem, this research will uncover how PT X could improve KM Effectiveness by analyzing the infrastructure capabilites, organization and managerial support, and process capabilities variables. Sequential explanatory mixed method is applied to produce improvement action based on processed data. By using PLS-SEM methodology and evaluated model, only Process Capabilities variable which significantly related to KM Effectiveness and supported by Organization & Managerial Support. Diving deeper to the indicators, the research found that Knowledge Acquisition and Information Technology are the two most critical indicator. Thematic analysis is then used to gain information what caused those two indicators be critical. This research concludes that PT X needed improvement action using BPOKM (Business Process Oriented Knowledge Management), Process Based Knowledge Mapping, product development, and system development.
