One of the innovations of transportation mode is high speed train. High speed train also be an option for transportation mode from Jakarta to Bandung apart of toll roads and trains. Furthermore, high speed train offers faster travel times. With the needs of high speed train, it is necessary to provide station as a place for train stop and as a place for passenger to get on and off from high speed train service. The structure of high speed train station consist of 3 floors with total height of 22.8 meters. The main building and roof use truss structure. The station structure has D on Seismic Design Category and structure will be design as Special Moment Resisting Truss System. After the structural system is determined, analysis using spectral response analysis will be performed. Analysis will include story drift check, p-delta effect, horizontal irregularity, vertical irregularity and redundancy check. Next, the element of structure which are frames will be checked to fulfill the requirement of the strength and serviceability of each frame. In this case, the serviceability that will be concerned is deflection limit check. After that, each component of the structure will be detailed, which include connection design, plate reinforcement, shear stud design, base plate design, pedestal and tie beam design.
