Description
Summary:The distribution of health workers in Indonesia is still uneven. More than 50% of all health workers in Indonesia are located in Java. It is also known that there are still more than 90 million people in Indonesia who do not have internet access. With the existence of a communication platform in rural areas, which is supported by a health application system, is one solution to these two problems. Therefore, this final project will discuss the implementation of a health application system that utilizes internet services from communication platforms in rural areas. The purpose of this health application system is to build a series of systems that can be used by people in rural areas to improve their health level. The name of this application system is the Remote Medical Check-up Kit (RMC Kit). The RMC Kit consists of three main subsystems, which contain applications, firebase services, and sensors. This application is built with the Flutter SDK by using the Dart language. The application serves as the main interface for the RMC Kit which could send messages between patients and health worker, display a list of health workers, display health information, and display sensor data. The sensor subsystem is used as a receiver for heart rate and body temperature data. Sensor data in the application is updated every 15 - 20 seconds. The length of the body temperature reading to get an accuracy level of 0.1 - 0.2 degrees Celsius is 120 - 150 seconds. The firebase service is used as a storage medium for all RMC Kit system data.
