In 2019, this MSME recorded highest sales were hijab products. In line with the high sales figures, the result of defective rate in the production of Fey's Style hijab was high at 12.64%. This defective number, resulting in more costs that must be incurred by the company, for example, rework costs. The main goal of the final project is to improve product quality, This final project research is completed using the Six Sigma methodology with the DMAIC framework (define, measure, analyze, improve and control). At the define stage, define the problem using a project charter. In the measure stage, the stability and production capability values are calculated. The Analyze stage was defined by using the Delphi questionnaire and the problem selection was performed using the FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) method. In the improve stage, an alternative proposal of each problem is designed to be further implemented and supervised at the control stage. The results and conclusions obtained from the final project research, obtained the actual sigma value of 1.98, then the hijab product has 5 types of defects which are fulfilled by 7 CTQ’s factors. Using the Delphi and FMEA questionnaires, 20 main factors causing dis abilities were obtained. The suggested improvements were to make a schedule for the maintenance of the engine and its SOPs, the use of Dodge-Romig sampling and the creation of a workbench. The proposed sigma value is estimated at 2.8 sigma. text
