<b></i>Abstract : </b><i><p align="justify"> <br /> The building permit administration system of Karang Asem Regency is presently used of manual system or paper based. This system is inefficiencies and unproductive since the more space is needed to store all data and more time is needed to find and trace a file of document. <br /> Inline with these circumstances, the automatic arrangement of database system is needed. The used of the information technology (IT) is the solution in creating the unity of database. The tax object number -- Nomor Object Pajak (NOP) can be used as the data entry on the system of Single Identity Number (SIN), which able to present the unity of information as a common unique identity. <br /> The automatic arrangement of database system will minimize the possibilities in duplicating the documents, to effectively the space used for data placement, and to give protection and existence to the documents. <br /> The arranged building permit database system can be switched with the spatial data of property tax (PBB) that based on Persil cadastre, with used of NOP as the facilitator. The unity of data will eliminate the overleaping information through the same common identity. It is also used as an instrument of an analysis and to effectively the decision-making. <br />
