However, the conventional practices do not consider the effect of increased stormwater runoff that is being released to building surroundings. Therefore, there is a need to introduce Low Impact Development concept to better manage stormwater so that the stormwater runoff after the project is equal or less the Pre-Project stormwater runoff which equals to 0,01319 m3/s. The Low Impact Development components consist of Green Roof, Rainwater Harvesting system, and bioretention which is based on a 40 years modelling. Green Roof designed has an area of 1778,024 m2, Rainwater Harvesting system designed has a tank with 150 m3 capacity and bioretention designed has an area of 1070,664 m2. The construction of conventional system costs Rp. 256.013.067 which yields runoff of 0,04389 m3/s. The construction of Low Impact Development System costs Rp. 1.527.079.429 which yields runoff of 0,01307 m3/s and this value is acceptable as it is within the Zero Delta Runoff value. text |
