The available data is that of the policyholder ageing between 15 until 65 years old. But the graduated data here is that of those who are between 26 until 50 years old, because of the fact at this age interval the result of data plotting of crude mortality data is regarded as quite good.
The graduating methods, which will be used here is Whittaker Method. The graduates values are then taken those which minimize the composite measure M. I will used utilizing a matrix-vector formulation to minimization problem.
The result obtained which is base on smoothing and fitting measure, showed that data of male crude mortality rate was best graduated by using Whittaker method which consisit of z = 4. On this case Whittaker method is not good used to younger and older age, because the data is not stabil. text
