Water resources development needs considering for all sector holistically. One of aspect is a technical or engineering of hydrology analyse. <br /> One of river development plan is development on Manjunto watershed where placed at North Mukomuko and Lubuk Pinang sub district, Mukomuko district, Bengkulu province.<p align="justify"> <br /> The objective of the study is giving input for Manjunto watershed development plan an appropriate water available for various purpose. <br /> The methodology of the study was conducting with survey and field investigation to collect secondary data from previous study and from various resources, consist of hydrology data namely rainfall data as 14 years, discharge data of Manjunto river as five years and Kiang river as nine years, climate data, community data and Space Arrangement Structure Plan.<p align="justify"> FJ. Mock methode is used to water availability analyse, Geomethric methode is used to predict community growth and to analyse demand water irrigation base on standard irrigation formula. To take the best alternatives in the development Manjunto watershed, the analitical hyerarchy process methode was applied to choose the best decision among various alternatives.<p align="justify"> <br /> The result of the study showed that the study area still has potential to be developed. There are two inflow as the supply water requirement namely Sungai Manjunto at the upstream and sungai Kiang as the second inflow at the downstream. Average minimum discharge of the Manjunto river amount 10,4 m3/second and maximum discharge as 30 m3/second and for the Kiang river minimum discharge as 2,47 m3/second and maximum discharge amount 9,52 m3/second.The result of the water demand analyse showed that the maximum is irrigation sector that is as 1,73 liter/second/ha on October II. Industry sector demand on 2010 is 0,868 liter/second and on the 2015-2025 periode showed 1,736 liter/second. For the domestic sector showed increasing year to year simultantly with growth community. The demands of the domestic sector is 2,62 liter/second on 2025.<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> The result of water balance at the Manjunto river only used for the irrigation Mukomuko Kiri supply. At the short term (2004), the water balance showed surplus but at the long term (2015-2025) is defisit as 2,3 m3/second on October II. The water balance at the Kiang river from the short to long term showed surplus for all sector demand.<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> Water allocation at the Manjunto river can not supply 100 % on October II because water availability is not sufficient. Water allocation at the Kiang river is sufficient for all purpose and it can be supplied 100 %.<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> Base on the result of the study, increasing of the irrigation area development plan amount 4.919 Nectar can be implementated but water distibution must be arranged by grouping or turning system because water availability of Manjunto river at the October II is not sufficient to supply water irrigation. Kiang river development plan can be executed as Space Arrangement Structure Plan because water availability is still sufficient to various sector.<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> In accordance with the priority arrangement of the Manjunto watershed which is using Analytical Hyerarchy Process (AHP) methode stated the rank as follow : <br /> <br /> 1.
