PT Sera Lestari Global is one of the culinary MSMEs in Indonesia which is affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and must adapt in its business to survive. The purpose of this study was to map and improve business processes, as well as plan a business process improvement project at PT Sera Lestari Global's Ayam Taliwang Division. Business process mapping is carried out based on the American Productivity Quality Center. Business process improvement is carried out using the SUPER methodology. The list of business improvements then used to design a business process improvement project schedule using the PERT method. The results of business process mapping research at PT Sera Lestari Global’s Ayam Taliwang Division is a process map which is consisted of five categories, namely building a vision and strategy, developing and managing products, marketing and selling products, delivering physical products and customer relationship. From the business improvement stage obtained two open solutions and two closed solutions. Two open solutions are the application of raw materials supply method and alternatives to hire human resources for marketing content. Two closed solutions are implementing an integrated software application and implementing a customer relationship management framework. The calculation result of business process improvement project scheduling requires a total time of 61 days.
