Feature has the ability to associate functional information and engineering information into shape information. There are two methods in feature based design which are the procedural method and declarative method. Procedural method defines features by means at procedures, while declarative method defines features by means of constraints. Declarative method is more flexible in defining new feature rather than procedural method.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The flexibility to define feature could make product unable to manufacture. A way to obtain product manufacturability is to use constraint in defining feature and representing such feature in design.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The objective of process planning is to determine machining operation for each feature in the component. Automation of Process planning could be achieved by integrating product informations and machining operation informations. The output of process planning is the sequence of machining operations along with its parameters.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> This research proposed the integration of declarative feature modeling and process planning activity. The output design data informations are feature form, feature parameters, and machining methods. In order to integrate such design data informations with process planning, an operation database consists of machine characteristic and machine operation for each feature is constructed. The model outcomes give designer flexibility to define new feature and sustaining the manufacturability of the feature.<p align=\"justify\"> text
