Description
Summary:The average yield of land kale (Ipomea reptans poir) in Indonesia is still low because in general the land kale is cultivated in conventional ways and is planted in less profitable land. One way to continuously produce high quality vegetable products is the cultivation of a floating raft hydroponic sistem. The basic concept of hydroponics is the need for nutrients so that plants can grow and develop properly, given or provided in the form of a solution. Liquid organik fertilizer (POC) from rabbit urin is a fertilizer with basic ingredients sourced from rabbit urin and contains naturally occurring nutrients. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the growth of land spinach plants in the use of rabbit urin POC and rabbit urin POC mixed with soil in a floating raft hydroponic sistem. The research design was prepared based on RAK (Randomized Block Design) with AB (AB Mix), AH (Hoagland), UK (POC rabbit urin), UKK (POC rabbit and peanut urin) and each was carried out 15 repetitions and tested using the test. ANOVA. The results of this study showed that compared to AB mix and Hoagland solutions, the effectiveness of giving rabbit urin fertilizer (UK) and rabbit urin mixed with peanuts (UKK) on the growth of land spinach plants was 28% (UK) and 33% (UKK) compared with AB mix (AB), and 30% (UK) and 39% (UKK) compared to Hoagland (AH).
