The existence of various kinds of regulations imposed by the government and the existence of risks or concerns that arise in the community causes drastic changes in daily routines. Old routines like going to the office and shopping at the store are being replaced by telecommuting and online shopping. Changes in the way these activities are fulfilled may have an influence on the behavior of the trips taken by the community. This study aims to see the effect of restrictions related to COVID-19 on people's travel behavior and how changes have occurred in travel behavior before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The online survey was conducted on residents in the city of Semarang. By using the Structural Equation Modeling method, it will be analyzed how the influence of exogenous variables related to COVID-19 on endogenous variables, namely travel behavior which construct is composed of indicators. The results of the analysis show that the existence of government regulations and risk perceptions affect travel behavior. Overall, there was a decrease in the frequency and distance of trips in the implementation of PKM volumes 1-2 which were replaced by an increase in online activities as a form of fulfillment of activities. The use of public transportation was dominated by private vehicles before COVID-19, after the pandemic, the use of public transportation has decreased. The use of bicycles in the city of Semarang has increased during the pandemic, especially for sports activities. In the implementation of PKM volumes 3-5 when the regulations have begun to loosen up, mobility that previously decreased has increased to normal as before COVID-19. text
