One of the alternative solution is using microwave technology, either by airborne or spaceborne platform.</p> <br /> <br /> An important information generated by radar data is DEM. Data using in this thesis, came from Radarsat Satellite. <br /> Longitudinal and cross section profiles derived from generated DEM, analyze and compare to Topographic map 1 : 50.000. The results shows the accuracy located between 35 to 51 m. <br /> In General DEM derived from Radarsat data can be apllied for topographic map in scale of 1: 250.000 or less <br /> <br /> text
