Summary:<b>Abstract:<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> The decision of Pelabuhanratu Ciy as the capital city of Sukabumi Regency makes it has potential for growing rapidly. In line with the rapid development the demand for the water will follow suit. In order to be able to manage the water based on priority, justice and efficiency, then the simulation of water allocation of the Citepus River and the Citarik river should be carried out, in the frame of the fulfillment of the water demand for Pelabuhanratu City by using the computer program of the Water Resources management Model (WRMM).<p align="justify"> <br /> The water allocation simulation consist of several alternatives (scenario), i.e : Water supply from Citepus river (at the present condition and future); Water supply from Citepus river with an alternative of the dam construction; and Water supply from Citarik river (at the present condition and future). <br /> The water availability of the Citepus river at the debit condition of the dried up stream (Q 90%) will be 0,731 m3/second, where the demand for the water of Pelabuhanratu city in 2005 for the some of 0,484 m3/second still can be supplied. Due to the less availability of the Citepus river will not be able to supply water anymore. The alternative prevention of the shortages of the water among others things, the dam construction at the Citepus river or the water supply from the Citarik river.<p align="justify"> <br /> The water availability of the Citarik river at the debit condition of the dried up stream (Q 90%) will be 5,951 m3/second, where the demand for the water of Pelabuhanratu city untull 2030 can be fulfilled.<p align="justify"> <br /> The water supply reliability of the Citepus river for Pelabuhanratu City in 202 was 80 % and keeps decreasing in the years to come. And in 2030 its reliability will be approaching 72 %. The water supply reliability of the Citarik river in 2002 was 94,01 %. It will also keep decreasing in the span of the year to come i.e 92,01 % in 2030. <br />
