The existing regulations that are currently implemented are not sufficient to prevent privacy violations. In this case, the nature of regulation includes only rules for the safety of flight operations in the air. With the rapid development of drones, it does not rule out the possibility of various potential violations of the use of drones against privacy. This study aims to design the results of recommendations for the use of drones against privacy violations. Describing aspects of the drone and aspects of privacy. Then the mapping of all aspects of the relationship to get the relationship between various possible violations of privacy by drone aspects. Regulatory studies and references are used to support the making of the results of regulatory recommendations. The most dominant aspect of drones currently based on data on drone use violations and the mapping of the relationship between possible violations of privacy is visual sensors. Visual sensor has the potential to violate the privacy of behaviour and action, groups, data and images, location and space, and communication. The visual sensor aspect is related to other aspects of the drone, namely the height aspect. Apart from visual sensors, serious aspects are the second potential for privacy violations. Based on data on drone use violations, drones often fall and result in injuries to others. The potential for violation of privacy by serious aspects is against safe, healthy, secure, and comfortable. The weight aspect is also influenced by various other aspects of the drone, namely the drone's trajectory and payloads. The visual and weight sensor aspects are prioritized on the recommendation results and are formed in the division of drone classes. Based on the justification of the results of the recommendations for regulation of drone use on privacy, suggestions are given for separating regulations on drone use in the interests of the state, public, and privacy. Then, the regulatory recommendations are expected to be applied to local regulations. text
