In the process of POD approval in Indonesia, KKKS will propose the POD plan to be evaluated by SKK Migas. The process of creating POD involves a lot of data that make the evaluation process takes a long time before it is finally executed. Online Quick Looked POD EOR is developed to provide medium of POD evaluation to ease and accelerate POD approval process in Indonesia. This method classifies the type of data to several parameters like subsurface, surface facility, HSE, economic, field performance evaluation and EOR. Each of the parameter will be scored with certain standard according to the quality and quantity of the data. The evaluated field will be classified to several classes based on the POD execution feasibility according to Monte Carlo simulation. This study will create execution feasibility scoring to the proposed POD. Based on its feasibility level, the POD will be classified into 3 classes, A, B and C. the field classified to A class is eligible to continue the EOR implementation execution, that will be further classified to class I, II and II according to its implementation feasibility. Online Quick Looked POD EOR will provide the website as the interactive media between KKKS and SKK Migas in POD evaluation. Hopefully in the future, the Online Quick Looked POD EOR method will be standard system of POD EOR evaluation in Indonesia.
