The first one of this research's objectives is to develop a model for determining Order Respond Management (ORM) acceptance on MTO job shop manufacturing. The ORM especially develop a new mathematical model for determining selling price and manufacturing lead time for new order with respect to detailed working schedule for all confirmation and contingency orders. The second one of the research's objectives is to design a new software application that can help user (means manufacture's decision maker) for responding new order that come, giving its bidding proposal for the customer, and negotiate it with the customer to make an optimal selling price and manufacturing lead time for both manufacturing and customer.

The model is examined by two scenarios. The first scenario is to evaluate the model by using Toha's data (1997c). The result of the first scenario shows that the developed model giving the alternative of selling price and manufacturing lead time which are significantly cheaper and shorter than the firm's estimation. The second scenario is to evaluate the model by case study in MTO job shop firms from Luis (2003) research's data. The result of the second scenario shows that the developed model giving the alternative of manufacturing lead time significantly shorter than the firm's estimation and Luis (2003) result. The other side, selling price which is offered is closely from the firm's estimation. text
