<b>Abstract:<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> As a construction with high fire rating, building need a management called rehabilitation management in order to conduct an effective rehabilitation. Effectiveness of post fire building rehabilitation management is defined by evaluation of its performance indicators.<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> <br /> Since the condition assessment conducted by Agency For Research And Development Ministry Of Settlement And Regional Infrastructure as a capable organization in evaluating of post fire building could not predict the condition in the future, it could not support the effectiveness of rehabilitation management yet. Therefore, there is a need of a condition evaluation method which not only can assess the existing condition of a post fire building but also can predict its condition in the future.<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research develops a post fire condition assessment model of reinforced concrete structured building by using index condition method adopted from US. Army Construction Engineering Laboratory. Therefore, the analysis of post fire building can be quantified and used as historical data for periodic assessment in building maintenance for a longer service life of building.
