Summary:In recent times, the lodging services in Puncak, Bogor started rising and many business investors started to make the investment in order to gain profits from the increasing markets. Therefore many Villas, Hotels, and other kinds of lodging started to appear in Puncak, Bogor. Sunsetview villa is one of many businesses that started as an investment and now growing with the unexpectedly large booking demands in the markets, with the growing process of Sunsetview Villa wanting to expand the business. In recent years there is a new concept of spending the nights in Puncak, Bogor it was called Glamping. Glamping or actually means Glamorous Camping is a term to describe camping but with adequate facilities.This study aims to understand the destination image and travel intention of Jakarta’s citizens through the theory of planned behavior to stay overnight in the glamping concept at Puncak, Bogor area. In this research author also examined the relation between variables that influence travel intention in glamping. This research gains data from questionnaires that can be accounted for values and ethics in literature research. This study uses quantitative research with a total of 158 respondents who were living in Jakarta. The results showed destination image and travel intention both of the variables have a positive result from Jakarta’s citizens and also there is a strong correlation between the destination image and travel intention. Based on the I results of the study, the researcher can provide an overview of Jakarta’s citizens and their travelling intention towards staying in the glamping concept at Puncak, Bogor area.
