Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) is a key indicator to measure the Millennium Development Goals number 5 (MDGs 5). Indonesia has a high maternal mortality rate (MMR) that has failed to reach target number 5 of the Millennium Development Goals. Maternal and child health services are influenced by the behavior of mothers in checking their pregnancies, which is driven by the quality of antenatal services, social and demographic quality factors, family income, affordability of services and facilities, the need for treatment due to health problems, and other factors that exist in pregnant women. There are many programs provided by the government to reduce maternal mortality, but they are still not efficient so that they have not reached the target of the millennium development goal number 5. One approach to studying existing business processes and applying practical knowledge that can help transform and improve the process is to use business process modeling notations (BPMN). The process of maternal and child health services consists of preventive, promotive, and curative services. A new structured system is needed from the period before pregnancy, the process of antenatal care to the process of patient referrals from one health facility to another. Lack of knowledge and awareness can be handled by providing information related to pregnancy from an early age, namely during the marriage registration process and at the time of purchasing a test pack. With the provision of knowledge from an early age, it is hoped that it will increase awareness of mothers and families in maintaining health and being alert to any risks. With current technological developments, maternal and child health systems can be implemented using electronic systems. This electronic system can make it easier for pregnant women in the registration process, recording medical records that can be opened anywhere, and simplifying the referral process by choosing a hospital that fits the desired criteria. text |

The member states of the United Nations who were members of the summit meeting agreed to create a more prosperous and peaceful world that becomes the beginning of the formation of the millennium development goals.
