Summary: | Knowledge is a form of intangible asset that plays a very important role in the competition
experienced by companies. The awareness of the importance of managing existing knowledge is
something that is sometimes overlooked by companies. In addition, it is accompanied by an
immeasurable natural disaster, such as the current COVID 19 pandemics. The recovery that has not
fully improved from the crisis that has hit almost all economic sectors, one of which is a company
engaged in the fermented beverage (ethanol) sector with similar competitors, of course there are
challenges in marketing with Indonesia's stigma regarding the relationship with fermented
beverages and the fundamental side of religion. As well as the movement of businesses on the
island of Bali, which is one of the cities in Indonesia with the title of the tourism sector with the
highest potential income value for the country. The actors on the stage in the business world strive
together to become "complementary" in defining an authentic island of the Gods. The pandemic
has changed all the mindset of the company which requires an extraordinary strategy in the
company's business flow pattern which sometimes causes internalization problems. Knowledge
management is a knowledge management tool that focuses on the form of information relating to
an intangible material, as a process in which knowledge assets are collected and used to gain a
competitive advantage. The data collection was carried out quantitatively which was adopted by
the questionnaire from the KM Asia Productivity Organization (APO) framework. This study is to
assess the current condition of KM and to develop a KM plan for a plan to improve these conditions
based on the results of the assessment. When a company makes a large investment in the effort to
collect knowledge assets, the company must measure the impact of knowledge management (KM)
on the organization and believe that what is done is in line with the company's ideals (vision and
mission). The Balance Scorecard developed by Robert S. Kaplan can be used as an alternative in
KM development, so that companies have measurable confidence in translating the vision, mission
and organizational strategy into a comprehensive set of performance measures that focus not only
on achieving financial goals, but rather non-financial goals. produce an innovation (tangible
outcomes) of the company. |
