Summary:Research entitled "Evaluation of Drug Use in Pediatric Outpatient Diagnosed with Conjunctivitis in One ofBandung Eye Hospital" has been studied. This research aimed to evaluate the use of conjunctivitis drugs in pediatric outpatient from October to December 2013 in one of Bandung eye hospital. The method used in this research was descriptive retrospective observational with the samples drawn randomly. From 265 samples in this research, there were some inaccuracy, such as indication inaccuracy(18.49%) with the highest indicationinaccuracyin patients diagnosed allergic conjunctivitis without secondary infection given antibacterial-corticosteroid drugscombination, inaccuracyof indication and safety and efficacy of drug can not be determined in one scrip (1.89%) with highest inaccuracy in children under 4 years olddiagnosed allergic conjunctivitis without secondary infection but given Cromolyn Sodium andantibacterial-corticosteroid drugscombination, safety and efficacy of drug can not be determined (1.13%)in 3 patients under 4 years oldwho given Cromolyn Sodium, inaccuracyof indication and drug duplication in one scrip (0.75%) in patients diagnosed allergic conjunctivitis without secondary infection and given 2antibacterial-corticosteroid drugs combination, and less dose (0.38%) in patient that given antibacterial Sulfacetamide.So it could be concluded that accuracy of conjunctivitis drugs use in pediatric ophthalmology outpatient in one ofBandung eye hospital period October until Desember 2013 was 77.36% and the inaccuracy was 22.64%.
