<b></i>Abstract :</b><i><p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The development of information technology nowadays has encouraged all institution including governments, organizations dan other industries for implementing their business processes with this information technology supports. In governances, ideas of integrating government\'s business processes supported by information technology has already been done in every country to achieve competitive advantages. This term is issued as E-Government. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> One process that is essential in governance is procurement process, which is done to achieve their own requirement. Since information technology has been spreading and has the capabilities to support business processes, then the procurement process can be developed in this kind of technology which is called 1;-Government Procurement. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The main objective of this study is to develop business process for procurement in unit kerja Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Daerah tingkat Jawa Barat supported by information technology for implementing business process internally and also via internet. System is expected giving simpler procedures description of business process between government and government partners so government\'s services can increase satisfactions of government partners. <br /> <br /> <br />
