In order to achieving this objective and to improve quality of learning-teaching, organization must create a conducive climate for the teachers to achieve maximum performance. In addition, the students opinion about teacher\'s performance must be used as feed-back to improve teaching-learning quality. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> This research aimed to identify the dominant factors in organization climate of UISU that based on Litwin model (1970) where has used 7 climate dimensions : Effort, Clearness of Task, Commitment of responsible, Rewarding, Cooperation, and Communication. The dominant factors in teaching performance of the teacher are identify by usage of factors developed in AKTA-V with 5 dimensions : Teaching Preparation, Teaching and Teaching Methode, Teacher-Students Relationship, Skill to increase motivation and interest, and Evaluation of studying achievement. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> For purpose of completing this thesis, the Law, Economical, Agriculture, and Technical Faculties of UISU are used as research object because these four faculties have same statute, equlized with public university. Factor analysis has used to know the dominant factor in organization\'s climate and teaching performance of teacher within each faculties. Then, cluster analysis has performed to know the trend in faculties clustering based on organization climate and teaching performance of the teacher. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> In general, factors analysis indicate that four faculties have some similar dominant factors in organization climate and teaching performance of the teacher. It can be see from dendogram of their clustering. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> This research finding can be used by management of Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara to create more conducive climate. Whereas, the teacher can used this research finding as inputs to improve quality of teaching-learning process. text
