Therefore, talent management is one of the important things in an organization to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. In some industries, retaining high-performing employees who have been prepared in a succession plan is a very challenging problem today, inseparable from the contract logistics industry. PT. YELLOW Indonesia (YELLOW), a logistics company also has problems that must be considered in terms of talent management, starting from the moment the talent is formed or acquired, introduced to the company culture, developed according to the talents of each employee, and maintained in order to achieve the success of both parties. employees and also companies. There is a crucial problem in talent management at PT. YELLOW Indonesia, where the research was conducted, there were several problems in organization development, recruitment, and training which resulted in a high turnover rate at the company. This part is crucial because the turnover rate has an impact on the costs incurred by the company is much greater to acquire talent outside the company where the talent is not much because the industry for logistics is very specific. With this research at PT. YELLOW Indonesia, there are recommendations for improvement in the form of a journey where the company is expected to be able to create a long-term strategy related to talent management. With this improvement in talent management, it is hoped that the company can grow in a sustainable and competitive manner. text
