Summary: | One of the sources that helps the economy in Indonesia is the capital market which is not only the alternative but has now become an important source of funding to help Indonesian economy. Securities company has a role as a financial intermediary other than a bank, allowing investors to engage in profitable business operations. This company enables bond holders to gain liquidity by selling it to others through them. Unfortunately, the past one year since the Covid-19, many securities companies had experienced a decline in their performance. PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas itself is experiencing obstacles, specifically a problem that will be discussed in this section is at Debt Capital Market division about delay reporting the transactions. As a reaction to the COVID-19 phenomenon, companies must take a role in preventing transmission in the work environment. One way to do this is to make a schedule change as an adjustment to the health protocol and New Normal. Regulations regarding changes to working hours have been regulated in Circular Number 8 of 2020 concerning Regulating Working Hours and Decree of the Minister of Health Number HK.01.07 / MENKES / 328/2020. Companies must maintain business operations while adhering to health protocols, because after all, if the company is negligent and the transmission of COVID-19 in the office environment will harm the company itself. The appropriate strategy for the Debt Capital Market is face-to-face monthly meetings and weekly meetings because both of them can help control the employees of the Debt Capital Market and improve FWA by combining the flextime and compressed work. |
