Description
Summary:This thesis studies a two-level M/M/1 queuing model where the arrival process follows the Poisson process and the time service is exponentially distributed. The problem of the two -level queue model is analyzed by using the probability generating function technique, so that we get the transition probability, the probability of steady state and the expectation of queuing. The next, the special cases are given that will be evaluated in detail by using the probability generating function, and given the case of data simulation so that we get the result of transition probability of the queuing model by using the matlab program.
