<p align=\"justify\">The method of research the researcher uses is distributing questionnaire. The respondent to this research are all employee of profit centre division. The tool the researcher uses for validation of questionnaire is Product Moment Correlation Pearson Method and for reability of questionnaire is using Alpha Cronbach Method. The researcher then uses Spearman\'s Rank Difference Correlation Method for measuring correlation. <br />
<p align=\"justify\">The Correlation of appropriateness between leadership style and employee\'s maturity to employee\'s performance, based on causal coefficient from Pauline V. Young, is strength correlation that is 0.436. It concludes that leadership style has a positive influence on employee\'s performance. <br />
A<p align=\"justify\">fter doing some research, finally researcher draws a conclusion that Bale Pakuan should apply the leadership style with the employee\'s maturity. However the researcher also propose other alternative style that is S2. Because leadership style S2 has the highest performance is 57,54. |
