Summary: | Stress is a mental disorder that can be caused by various factors, work is one of the factors. At the
end of 2019 to 2021, stress on society continues to increase. This is not only caused by work, but also
the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we need a workspace that can increase productivity and creativity
as well as be restorative and obey the health protocols. The focus issues that must be solved are;
restorative environment; the presence of nature in the building; and response to the pandemic,
climate, and stressors near the site. The main function of this building is a coworking space with
supporting facilities such as classrooms, meeting rooms, workshops and auditoriums. In addition,
there are restaurants as a means to relieve stress. This building is located on Jalan Lombok, Citarum,
Bandung City with a land area of 6,600 m2. This project land has 2 access roads because it is on a hook,
so there is zoning problem that must be solved so that the circulation of humans and vehicles remains
separate and the building remains restorative. The shape of the building is an organic form with a total
of 4 floors including the basement. The mass of the building is made more open by the presence of
several outdoor spaces in response to the presence of nature and the pandemic. With this building, it
is hoped that users can avoid the negative effects of stress without forgetting their obligations to work. |
