In addition, TTM also sells fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and other agricultural need. The location of TTM is very strategic, located in the center of the city of Duri, the Riau-North Sumatra main road. Duri City is one of the sub-districts in Bengkalis Regency which has a high enough population density of 190 inhabitants / km2. In its operations, TTM often experience runs out of stock for some of the products it sells, especially for poultry feed products. The purpose of this final project is to solve the problem of frequent run out of stock for 3 main poultry feed products, namely 512V, N544 and Cracked Corn. Because it is potentially losing profits, beside that, the frequent absence of those products will indirectly make customers unhappy and switch to other animal feed stores. Of course this is not good for the TTM business in the future. To find out solutions for some problems being faced by TTM, the author uses a PPT conceptual frame work (People, Process, and Technology). For the root cause of the problem is obtained from analyzing using the Fishbone Diagram. From the results of observations and analysis during the research, the problems experienced by TTM occur due to several things, namely (1) There is no accurate recording for sales and purchases each product, (2) There is no competent cashier on weekends, (3) No suitable storage place so that the product stock can be durable and (4) The system for reorder products still based on the decision of the owner. Solution of the problems being faced is by combining 3 important elements, that are; People, Process and Technology. People: Ensure that every day recording process is conducted by competent people. Process: Implement an inventory management system at TTM. Technology: Using technology-based recording applications such as Excel or inventory management applications that are easily found in the market. With combination of the 3 important elements above, TTM will have accurate stock data so that it can avoid out of stock, this data can be used to calculate when the right time is and how many products to order to make it more economical so that TTM can sell the products with competitive price. In addition, this data later could be used to predict the demand for a product in the future and even to develop the TTM business in the future. text
