Description
Summary:Banks are financial intermediaries’ institution that collect funding from public in the form of savings and distribute the funding in the form of loans to improve welfare. The banking system have to be trusted by the people. The number of loans given have to be proportional to the number of the savings earned. A bank must maintain its balance sheet between deposits and loans to avoid bank runs. In this thesis the banking model is constructed from the predator and prey model with logistic equation. The model of deposits and loans in a bank developed to dynamical system of deposits and loans between three banks. The model parameters estimated using the Spiral Optimization Algorithm. From that, we can move to see the effect of parameter changes in a bank that cause the deposits and loans drop to zero. These parameter changes take effects to other two banks. Which in this thesis grouped by the significant changes and non-significant changes.
