Load forecasting can be derived into electric power providing system anticipation pattern in various time frames. \'trending, that usually used so far is used with some advantages, that is: simple and easy to apply, faces in a state at which accuration of these methods to be driven out in an area that has very poor data availability. Author tries to develop spatial electric load forecasting roetodology to understand electric demand growth characteristic in defined service area with land-used based and factor analysis forecasting. With this metodology can be Known the quantity electric demand growth, where and when it will happen. Micro spatial load forecasting mefodoiogy emphasizes to area\'s growth characteristics that is influenced with land use pattern policy and natural factors.
