Summary: | The COVID-19 pandemic has threatened various aspects of people's lives, one of which is the economic aspect. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 from spreading further, physical distancing is being held. This also results in entrepreneurs not being able to open companies freely. This can threaten the community's economy. In order to save the community's economy, it is better to make various considerations to reopen the company even though it is still in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. This study focuses on scenarios related to the guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 in the company's opening plan. This study requires that the company can be opened if the company earns a positive net profit and the prevalence of workers infected with COVID-19 is below the international prevalence. By using a mathematical model adapted from the SIR (Susceptible-Infected-Recovered) model, this study will discuss based on the state of the COVID-19 pandemic in various countries. Vaccinations held in Indonesia during January – April 2021 are also an evaluation material, and are part of the implementation of the model. The results of this study indicate that the selected scenarios meet the requirements for reopening a company if the initial conditions of the company's workers are quite good. |
