extensive maritime countries in the world, but until now Indonesia itself still does not have
a facility capable of providing all the information related to the maritime world in
Indonesia. The facilities available at this time are still limited to maritime information
which is divided in each area such as; Shipping, biota or marine ecosystems, defense,
animal and vegetable resources, and all other natural resources contained therein. It is
hoped that the purpose of this facility is that the Indonesian people can get to know the
diversity of Indonesia's marine resources and be able to participate in protecting them. In
addition, it is hoped that the world community will be more interested in studying the wealth
of Indonesia's maritime world and recognizing this wealth as part of the sovereignty of the
Indonesian state itself. |
